It's been a long time since I've considered the significance of Valentine's Day. Not like I can do much, since I am working tonight.

Despite some certain minor disturbances, the last couple weeks seem to be quite calm. Which is good for us here at the Ministry, because we have enough to do as it is.

I still haven't seen Fred yet... I doubt he wants to see me.

I hope that all my futures nieces and nephews, are keeping themselves out of trouble while they are here and at Hogwarts.

More policies? More allowing this detrimental problem to continue? It is perfectly ridiculous! Why are we allowing those we know that are dangerous to our world, to be free in order to prove that danger again?

I find this all strangely peculiar, and it's been keeping me quite busy as well at the Ministry. People coming back to life, and people coming from the future? Actually, correction... children coming from the future. It requires a lot of paperwork.

But what I'm finding more disturbing is some of the policies being taken out by fellow Ministry Workers. I wasn't aware Double Jeopardy applied to those who escaped from life sentences. It would be much easier if we had the facilities, which is another unfortunate difficulty lately. The logistics are there I suppose, but I still don't agree. At there should be exceptions for those who are highly dangerous, who now wander freely just because they had died and had the fortunate experience of coming back to life.

I guess I'm just frustrated, and have been working too much. And I keep imagining Fred coming back-
